01 Introduction

Welcome to pgkn. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pgkn website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pgkn ("pgkn", "we", "us", or "our") and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the pgkn service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pgkn.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a pgkn account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the entire duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pgkn enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the pgkn platform or any linked responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

03 Account Registration

To access pgkn's full range of services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials including your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party. pgkn staff will never ask for your password through any channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. If pgkn identifies that you are operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — all accounts may be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited pending investigation.

pgkn reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. These checks may include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. This is a standard security measure applied uniformly across all pgkn accounts.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pgkn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by pgkn, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

Withdrawal processing: pgkn targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes on average for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on your financial institution. pgkn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pgkn account.
• pgkn does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• pgkn reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Funds deposited into your pgkn account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violations, pgkn reserves the right to freeze withdrawal access pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pgkn may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all pgkn promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Any unmet wagering and uncompleted bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• pgkn reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility. Refer to individual promotion pages for details.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on the pgkn platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing a bet or starting a game session.

Sports betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pgkn reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, the relevant sport-specific rules for settlement will apply.

Live betting: Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match events. pgkn cannot guarantee that a bet will be accepted at a specific price in a live market due to the speed of price movement. Bets are confirmed only once you have received a bet receipt confirmation on screen.

Casino games: All casino games offered on pgkn use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is made available in the game information panel. Results are independently audited for fairness.

Maximum winnings: pgkn applies a maximum single-event payout cap. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant sport or game section. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be settled at the maximum cap amount.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pgkn platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all related bets and winnings, and the forfeiture of your account balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Operating more than one account on the Platform
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any form of collusion with other players
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards pgkn staff or other players
• Claiming a bonus or promotion while self-excluded or knowingly ineligible

08 Responsible Gaming

pgkn is strongly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their betting activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered players from within the account settings area:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your account.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive an alert and be automatically logged out when your limit is reached.
• Loss limits: Set a ceiling on the amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.

09 Privacy & Data

pgkn collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a pgkn account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

pgkn will never sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data shared with third parties is limited to that which is strictly necessary for the provision of our services — for example, sharing your payment details with bKash or Nagad to process a transaction, or sharing identity documents with our KYC provider to complete verification.

pgkn uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your account password is stored in hashed form and is never accessible in plain text by pgkn staff.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pgkn Platform — including but not limited to the pgkn brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of pgkn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pgkn.

Third-party game content (including games by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is used under licence. pgkn does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgkn's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgkn shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Any loss of opportunity or goodwill
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials
• Any technical errors that are beyond pgkn's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pgkn's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12 Termination

pgkn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected
• Account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Continuing to operate the account would expose pgkn to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the pgkn support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

Upon termination of an account — whether voluntary or imposed — any outstanding bonus balances, free bets, or promotional credits shall be forfeited immediately and permanently.

13 Changes to Terms

pgkn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pgkn recommends that you check this page at the start of each calendar month and whenever you receive a notification of changes.
